Billionaire and Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffet gave out some advice yesterday on TV. Buffet said on CNBC that Americans should buy distressed houses, which are really cheap right now, and rent them out.
He states further that “Buying houses are even better than stocks & advices buyers to take out a 30-year mortgage and refinance if rates go down.
“Single family homes are an attractive investment right now”
