I earned my real estate license in March of 2015 and have loved serving the local community ever since. My background as a preschool teacher has given me invaluable insight into families and their housing needs. During my years in the classroom, I connected with families from all kinds of backgrounds and gained a clear understanding of what worked - and what didn’t work - for them in their homes.

As you might expect from a teacher, I genuinely enjoy working with people and helping them reach their goals. I especially love guiding first‑time homebuyers and families as they search for their dream homes or prepare to sell and move on. Both sides of the transaction are exciting to me, and I welcome every challenge with enthusiasm. I also work alongside my dad, Fred Polinder, and together we specialize in the niche market of farming and agriculture.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in my garden or cheering on my kids at their sporting events. I love meeting new people, and my enthusiasm for helping others makes the real estate process a positive and successful experience for my clients.
