I bring years of experience as a farmer, lecturer, gasoline‑business entrepreneur, and manager, and those roles taught me the importance of exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I understand how to take care of clients and guide them through every step of the real estate process.

I also have experience helping individuals who want to come to the United States legally as investors - whether in agriculture, business, or property. I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned and support those looking to build a future here.

I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports, and I enjoy motivating young people to get involved in athletics. On weekends and in my spare time, I teach Punjabi language classes to young students at the Sikh Temple in Lynden. Every Sunday, about 82 children come between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to learn their mother tongue, and I’m grateful to be part of their learning journey.
