Come out to Lynden this Saturday for the annual Farmer’s Day Parade! The parade will start at 10:30 and will travel East down Front Street into downtown, Lynden, right by our office, 505 Front Street. Please stop in our office and take a look at our colorful Flyers of all our listings. Whatcom County Maps are also available at our Front counter. If you are a basketball player and interested in participating in the 3on3 Tournament, please pick up a Registration Form, Kindergarten to Adults welcome to play!
The Famer’s Day parade dates back to the early 20th century, honors the economic and social impact of the agricultural industry in Lynden and its surrounding area. Trucks, tractors and horse-drawn wagons are interspersed with floats, bands and a variety of children’s entries.
