As an Assistant to Rod Blankers, my area of specialty is in the areas of preparing a home for market. My background is in Art, Design & Staging. I research the market for trends in Marketing, Pricing, & Presentation. 

I learned to research while attending McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. There, I received a degree in Education, which later allowed me the privilege of working in various levels of education in Vancouver B.C. and California, including Kindergarten, special ed., ESL, K-7, and even tutoring in the Movie Industry. Working with children and adults that have differing learning levels taught me to listen, be flexible and meet needs as they arise. I have also worked in Accounting, Clerical, & Data Entry as an Office Assistant, requiring all sorts of necessary record keeping procedures and paperwork to complete transactions. 

I am currently studying to renew my real estate license, so that I can be more helpful to Rod in his business.
