When I work with clients, I help identify the most effective path forward based on their goals, timeframe, and budget. Sometimes that means simple, strategic adjustments. Other times, it involves more intentional updates that significantly change how a home is experienced - and how it performs on the market.

I look beyond surface details to understand how buyers will respond to a space, where value can be enhanced, and which improvements will create the strongest return. My role is to provide a clear view of what will yield the best outcome, while aligning with what each client is comfortable taking on.

I also pay close attention to broader market forces - interest rates, consumer behavior, and housing trends - so I can guide clients with a wider perspective, especially those relocating, investing, or making timing‑sensitive decisions.

I work alongside Rod Blankers, whose focus is on structure, risk, and protecting clients from costly missteps. Together, we offer a balanced approach - combining vision with discipline, and strategy with grounded guidance.
