The Muljat Group North was established in 1925 as an insurance agency (formerly Snapper Schuler Kenner). Through the years, real estate became a focus and it is a privilege to have served the Lynden community for over 90 years. Many of the agents in our office, including Jerry and Pete Blankers, have decades of real estate expertise that is invaluable to both the buyers and sellers they work with as well as the brokers who call The Muljat Group North home. The level of knowledge housed within our building is unprecedented.

Our brokerage has a strong community presence and we are committed to our spirit of giving back. We participate in the Curt Maberry Memorial Classic 3 on 3 basketball tournament during the Raspberry Festival each year, the Lynden Lighted Parade, and Lynden Chamber of Commerce events. That being said, you don't have to specialize in Lynden. We need specialists in Blaine, Ferndale, Everson, and Whatcom County at large.
